alpha-2230 is a hotfix build:
- Fix crash when changing resolution with unsync GS download mode.
- Default fast profile to unsynchronized GS downloads.
- Hide GPU OSD on broken Mali drivers without working timestamp queries.
- Limit palette texture count in GLES (Adreno).
- Fix broken widescreen patches in a few games.
