alpha-2233 is a hotfix build:
- Fix crash when changing resolution with unsync GS download mode.
- Default fast profile to unsynchronized GS downloads.
- Hide GPU OSD on broken Mali drivers without timestamp queries.
- Limit palette texture count in GLES (Adreno).
- Remove broken WS/NI patches in a few games.
